Day 323 of 365

To Ottawa today!!! It’s been a while since I took a road trip. I love driving. I totally don’t mind driving for the entire duration of the trip. So I did. The only thing bad about the whole experience is the whining whale. Nag nag nag. Are we there yet? When we were only 100km away from Ottawa. Anyway so why are we in Ottawa. First coz Andy misses Ben a lot. So we gotta let the two lovers unite. Then Jenn needs to get out of Toronto because she wanted out of the “city”. So we got out of the “city” and drove into another city. Lastly, alcohol was dirt cheap in Quebec so I guess that’s why I am here.

So we left around 7:30 and arrived at 10:00. We just started bar hoping as soon as we settle our stuffs. Ottawa has those Marché style bars like those in Montreal. It wasn’t as big as the Montreal one but it was a change from Toronto’s style. Toronto needs a place like that. So Marche style bar’s like a street full of bars… so massive amount of patio and people running around. Ottawa people like to dress up hot so it was quite an eye feast.

We each had about a pitcher of beer. I had more and Jenn had less. Guess why? I was pretty buzzed for the night. Pizza tasted extra delicious somehow after all those beer.

So the day went by nicely. Downtown is surely more interesting to live than suburbs.

I guess Andy finally got to use the wheel chair. Funny thing is there was no back. We forgot to pick up the back piece so the wheel chair is more like a stool on wheels. That’s why you should always test stuff out before u use them haha.
